Last Tuesday we went to Vancouver Island for the day. Yes, folks. A day trip! Our goal was to visit Goats on the Roof in Coombs, and to pay a much needed visit to the Pie Guy by Englishman River Falls.
We made it to Coombs no problem. Saw some goats. Ate Ice Cream.
Sat in a vintage Coombs taxi.
And for Karmen and Greg, saw a two headed Rooster.
We went to the Pie Guy afterwards, only to find out that his website was outdated and he had closed down his shop. So, no pie for us. So sad! So, off to Englishman River Falls we went...
You guys are nuts! And we love you for it.
ReplyDeleteYes!! I love the two-headed chicken picture. Seriously, if you guys are missing it, its at my parents house...and they don't like it much! Too bad about the Pie man... we never even got to try his legendary pie. I feel like your pies might come close though, right?
